Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Appestra affiliate program for BlitzFunnel and other Appestra products. By applying or promoting with an Appestra referral link, you agree to these terms and our Terms of Service.

Commission & payouts

Launch commission: 30% on annual plans, 20% on lifetime plans. Referral cookie: 60 days. Payouts: NET-30 after the month closes, with a $50 minimum balance. Valid tax / payout details may be required before funds are released.

Tracking & attribution

Sales are attributed when a visitor arrives via your approved referral link and completes a qualifying Pro purchase within the cookie window. Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, and forced redirects are not allowed.

Promotional rules & disclosure

• Disclose material connections to your audience where required by law (including FTC endorsement guidelines)
• Do not bid on Appestra or BlitzFunnel trademarks without written approval
• No spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or income guarantees
• Do not impersonate Appestra staff or imply false endorsement

Prohibited conduct

• Fraudulent traffic, incentive abuse, or coupon-only sites that violate program rules
• Malware, cloaking, or deceptive UX that misattributes referrals
• Sharing confidential affiliate assets publicly when labeled internal

Termination

We may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law. Commissions tied to fraud or policy abuse may be withheld or reversed. Either party may end participation with notice; unpaid eligible commissions remain subject to the payout schedule unless forfeited for cause.
