What is covered
- First Pro purchase of a BlitzFunnel Pro plan (annual or lifetime) within 14 days of payment
- Technical issues we cannot resolve within a reasonable time after you provide reproduction details
What is not covered
- Renewals after the first billing period
- Free WordPress.org downloads (no purchase)
- License key sharing, abuse, or Terms violations
- Change-of-mind requests submitted after the 14-day window
How to request a refund
Email support@appestra.com with subject Refund request, your order number or purchase email, and a short reason. We typically process approved refunds to the original payment method within several business days after approval; processor timing may vary.
License status after refund
When a refund is issued, Pro license access is revoked. Your funnels and leads on your WordPress site remain on your server; Pro features stop working without a valid license.
