License terms, acceptable use, and your rights as a customer.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Appestra websites, customer accounts, checkout, and paid products (including BlitzFunnel Pro). By creating an account, purchasing, or using our paid software, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share license keys outside allowed activations, or violate these Terms.
Free plugin vs Pro license
BlitzFunnel (free) is distributed under GPLv2 (or later) via WordPress.org and may be used without an Appestra account. BlitzFunnel Pro is a commercial add-on licensed by Appestra. Pro requires the free plugin to be installed and active, plus a valid license key with activations limited by your plan (sites / multisite blog IDs as stated at purchase).
License grant
Paid products are licensed, not sold. Each plan grants the number of activations specified at checkout. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute Pro plugin ZIPs or license keys. Lifetime licenses mean the lifetime of the product while we actively develop and maintain it, not a personal lifetime guarantee of perpetual updates if the product is discontinued.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful content, malware, or abuse of our APIs or license servers
- No scraping or attacking Appestra infrastructure
- No circumvention of license checks or activation limits
Payments, renewals & cancellation
Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency. Annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal via your account billing portal or by contacting support. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases as described at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Refunds
Eligible first Pro purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Free WordPress.org downloads are not refundable purchases.
Intellectual property
Appestra branding, site content, documentation, and Pro plugin code (except open-source components with their own licenses) remain our property or that of our licensors. Free BlitzFunnel remains GPL as distributed.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Services and software are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Appestra’s total liability arising from these Terms or your use of paid products is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Appestra against claims arising from your misuse of the software, your funnel content, your processing of end-user personal data, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of paid services after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of material changes we notify by site notice or email when appropriate.
